4. THE NEURO COLLECTIVE
The Neuro Collective consists of four specialist communities:
NeuroBloom
NeuroCarers
NeuroUnity
NeuroInBlue
Each community has its own focus and membership price.
Membership includes a monthly live community call centred around a chosen theme.
Themes may include topics such as rejection sensitive dysphoria, identity, communication, relationships, advocacy, burnout, parenting or navigating neurodivergent experiences, depending on the particular Collective.
The monthly calls provide an opportunity to:
* explore the month’s theme;
* share lived experiences;
* ask questions;
* learn from one another;
* develop supportive connections; and
* build a sense of community with people who understand.
Relevant frameworks, resources and practical materials may be shared with members where appropriate.
Resources may be provided directly by email.
Members may also be invited to join a relevant WhatsApp community to continue conversations and connection between monthly calls.
Membership payments
Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions.
The applicable monthly price will be displayed before purchase.
Memberships continue until cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation arrangements.
Members can manage their subscription through the available Wix account/subscription functionality.
Community support
The Neuro Collective is a peer-support and educational community.
It is not:
* therapy;
* medical treatment;
* diagnosis;
* crisis support;
* emergency support; or
* a replacement for professional healthcare or statutory services.
Members remain responsible for deciding what information, experiences or advice they choose to act upon.
⸻
5. NEURO COLLECTIVE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
We want The Neuro Collective to be a place where people can speak openly while feeling respected and safe.
Members are expected to:
* treat other members with respect;
* respect different experiences and perspectives;
* maintain appropriate confidentiality;
* avoid sharing another member’s personal information outside the community;
* avoid harassment, discrimination, bullying or intimidation;
* avoid deliberately triggering or distressing content where reasonable alternatives are available; and
* respect reasonable boundaries within community discussions and WhatsApp groups.
The Neuro Collective is not a substitute for professional or emergency support.
If a member’s behaviour seriously breaches these expectations, we may take appropriate action, including restricting or removing access to the community.
Where necessary, we may also suspend or cancel membership in accordance with the applicable terms.
⸻
6. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
Our Neuro Collective memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions.
You may cancel your membership using the available subscription-management facilities or by contacting:
thebryanttreeofneurodiversity@gmail.com
Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges in accordance with the applicable cancellation arrangements.
Any statutory consumer cancellation rights remain unaffected.
We will not impose unreasonable barriers to cancellation.
Subscription terms, renewal arrangements and cancellation conditions should be clearly presented to customers before purchase.
