ONGOING SUPPORT

NeuroBloomÂ
NeuroInBlue
NeuroCarers
NeuroUnity
Created as a space to connect, learn, reflect and grow alongside others with shared experience.Â
NeuroBloom combines facilitated peer support with practical guidance, education and neurodiversity- informed mentoring.Â

Each monthly session provides an opportunity to explore the realities of neurodivergent life- from masking and self-understanding to relationships, confidence, boundaries, burnout, self-advocacy and navigating a world that is not designed with neurodivergent people in mind.Â

Through regular sessions, shared experiences and practical strategies, NeuroBloom aims to create a community where you do not need to explain or justify the way your brain works.

You can come as you are, be understood, and grow at your own pace.
Designed specifically for neurodivergent people working within emergency services, NeuroInBlue provides a safe, understanding space to connect with others who share similar professional experiences. It offers an opportunity to explore a greater understanding of communication, behaviours, self-awareness and workplace experiences, whilst building confidence in advocating for your own needs.Â

Each monthly session is structured around The Bryant Tree's frameworks and approaches, alongside relevant theory, professional knowledge and lived experience. Sessions provide opportunities to explore challenges, reflect on experiences, develop practical strategies and build confidence in advocating for individual needs within the workplace.Â
Members can openly explore the realities of being neurodivergent within an emergency service environment.
Being a parent or carer can sometimes feel like constantly advocating, researching, explaining and trying to understand systems that were never designed to be easily navigated.Â
NeuroCarers provides a judgement-free zone, to step away from the pressure for a while and connect with people who understand.Â

Sessions combine peer support, practical guidance, shared learning and strategies- covering the challenges that families may encounter across home, education, health, social care and everyday life.Â

There is no expectation for you to have all the answers.Â

NeuroCarers is about building confidence, knowledge and connection- so families feel supported, empowered and less alone.Â
A diagnosis can bring understanding and relief, but it can also bring questions, change and uncertainty- not only for the person receiving the diagnosis, but for the relationship around them.Â
NeuroUnity provides a supportive place for couples to navigate this new chapter together, with greater understanding, communication and compassion.Â

Sessions explore the impact of late diagnosis on identity, relationships, communication, behaviours, expectations and everyday life.Â

They provide opportunities to reflect on experiences, develop practical strategies and build a shared understanding of neurodivergence, while recognising that both partners may need support as they adjust to new understanding of their relationship.Â
